Some days we’ll do the Shamanism Energies – learn Yin and Yang (Wind and Wand) and High and Low versions of each (Air and Fire) and (Water and Ground)

This should add up to greater jazziness in your body and strength. Supreme fighting power but never needing to fight. Fitness and such hipness.

The entire personhood is based upon energy. Are you a master of your energies?

Always work to do.

Come train with crew. Kung Fu means -> energy discipline, more or less. To consciously work on your energy.

Martial Arts and the body provide a great training vehicle.

We aim for fun and yet to sincerely develop both Yin )soft( and Yang (hard)

Powerful, and yet like a Cat, quick, fast. You tick faster than opponent and you stand stronger, use body better, is no problem.

Manage energy ahead of time and never fight in real life. Though always able to win.

Easy. Peacekeeper and yet strong in the suit and powerful.

Swagger like that.

This will consist of fundamentals in posture stemming from Zen and Kung Fu – to use the Martial Arts center in all that you do: the lower dantien or hara (in Chineese and Japaneese respectively)

Irregardless of any Eastern Tradition this is the most powerful way to move – use your whole body, and make sure you crank through your core. Your feet must be locked and loaded into the Earth. To do this you must be soft: that is Yin. You have to work for that. Then boom – it is attitude and form, your power. You train for that.

Work.

The reward is a better feeling in body and mind.

For those curious it is open for discussion on what can be done with your energy once you unleash it – you are not a boring bag of chemicals but a creator incarnate and if you do it right you have much available to you;

This is Galactic Kung Fu ultimately and Yin and Yang are known in those terms (no offense to asian distortions)

Sumo (for positioning and using base)

Soft Hands (yin)

Hitting and Catching with Gloves (yang)

HorseStance (training, posture)

Pterodactyl Shamanism (extreme Yang, power, zip, sharp, bite, fang, whip)

Workouts (to beat the inner bitch back, ensure full power is at hand)

Also..

Levels Push Game (awareness and cat mode)

Kicks (awareness and form)

On Fighting… not the plan

After a few weeks, we may get mouthguards for awareness sparing (not to land blows but to make points)

Safety First… Teeth and shit more important than being the boss

This is teamwork… not dagger mode

Though later on we will play with swords (wooden)
