Two Month Series. It will be cold and we will be outside and we will be barefoot (often). !

Boxing is the primary focus. Ba-bing. Ba-boom. Gloves and hand wraps!

At the end we do a blaster workout and then we Wim Hof swim. It enlivens you just wait and see 🙂 (The spirit barks)

Thus, also bring Swimsuit, towel and Warm Sweats so at the end you can go home in Peace with your toes wiggling.

To Whipchord is to stand tall and pull the situation to you.

Zen training included.

Primary focus though is boxing.

Stance, Power. Rhythm. Snap. Whip. And movement.

Beginners are welcome. We’ll start with foundations and basics and continue to refine these.

Playful style, yet we aim to make major progress.

$10 cost each time

Note attending a good amount of these sessions will qualify you for intermediate martial arts class this winter at The Studio Cleveland.

We will not actually fight, at least not to start. If we do at the end we will have mouthguards and we will have sanity rules. Your face is more important than your training.
